As a Clinical Implementation Specialist on the Implementation Platform at Ariadne Labs, Moyal-Smith partners with program managers and investigators across Ariadne Labs in designing, testing, and spreading of quality improvement and implementation solutions to national and global health care systems.
Moyal-Smith previously worked as a physician assistant in surgery and emergency medicine. She has participated in several quality improvement projects, including implementation of an enhanced recovery after surgery protocol. She was appointed assistant professor at Albany Medical College and has taught and developed curriculum in the fields of health policy, public health, and evidence-based medicine.
